There are four ways for community members to report a concern to the City of Bloomington:
Call the City of Bloomington at (309) 434-2210 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Community Impact & Enhancement Requests can now be submitted in the myBloomington app, or on this page below.
All emergency traffic requests/complaints, such as down, missing, damaged, or inoperable traffic control devices (i.e. stop signs, yield signs, and traffic signals) should be reported by phone immediately. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible to report issues. During regular business hours call (309) 434-2225. After hours call the Bloomington Police Department at (309) 820-8888.
